Location
San Juan Hotel is right in the heart of South Beach. Directly across the street are famous destinations such as the Delano and Sagamore Hotels and the Ritz Carlton. Few blocks away from the building, visitors can frolic in the sandy beach.
Rooms
Guests can choose between a room with one queen-size bed or with two double beds. Each accommodation unit is equipped with cable TV, refrigerator and microwave or kitchenette. Rollaway beds are available upon request.

A reasonable, though somewhat dated hotel in a great location at Miami Beach. Staff were friendly and attentive, though the hotel desperately needs modernising inside. The art deco exterior is timeless!

Bit tatty and run down hotel, with a leaking roof on the top floor, where we staid. "In House" air co makes a lot of noise and leaks into the room. Most of the lobby personnel seemed not very interested in the guests... Elevator was last checked and inspected in 2006, safety document expired in 2007! Ehhhh..... Overall a very average hotel with poor room facilities and extremely 'squeaky' (noise making) beds. Will not stay here again!

God location close to the beach. No parking at the hotel but a parkinglot about one block away (8$/night). The night sleep might be disturbed by beerdrinking guests arriving late at night as you can hear everything said in the corridor in the rooms.

For the price conscious consumer, this is an excellent way to enjoy South Beach. Close to the beach and to shopping and the buses. Staff is very helpful, asked for a more suitable room and had one in a heartbeat. Recommended.

Nice hotel, nice location, friendly staff, very helpfull ! The only thing that was not so clean was the bathroom, the mirror was dirty and my light next to my bed was not working. Rooms are spacious, I had room 300, nice one, cornerwindow with view on Collins Ave.
