We stayed two nights at this hotel. It was a little bit of a distance to the tourist areas compared to a lot of the hotels, but worth the little walk for the quality and the price. This hotel was beautiful. It must be new or recently remodeled. It was as nice as any 4 star American hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable (although the beds were a bit hard). The bathroom had a full bathtub, which my friend and I each excitedly used after our long day of sightseeing. It also had a hairdryer and converted outlet. There was wi-fi for a fee, but it was cutting out. You could use the internet on the computer in the lobby, but that also was for a fee, which I found odd. The breakfast was nice, and we ate on a beautiful, peaceful patio.

My friend and I stayed two nights at this hotel. Beware the steep steps up from the front door; hopefully your bags won't be too heavy because it appeared that all the hotels were up a flight of stairs. This room was small and a bit old, but it was just fine for our purposes. It was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The beds were a bit hard. The bathroom had a hairdryer. The shower was small, but big enough. The hotel claimed to have free wi-fi in the lobby, but sadly it does not work with smart phones... how very strange. The breakfast was very nice, in a lovey dining room. The coffee was horrible (as it was at all our hotels in Italy). We really liked the location. It was right by the train station which is sooo important in Venice. You DO NOT want to walk all over with suitcases looking for your hotel. And the water buses and taxis are EXPENSIVE. This also meant that it was away from the massive crowds that are swarming the tourist areas. We could actually walk freely in our neighborhood. This may not be a problem the whole year, but our trip was in tourist high season August. It was also next door to the best (and cheapest) gelato shop of our whole Italy trip!

Good clean comfortable 4 star hotel. Reasonable breakfast included in rate and good quality bathrooms. It is located a good 15 minute walk from the Duomo but this is reflected in the room rates which are cheaper than some of the more central hotels. The walk is flat and not a problem if you only staying a few nights as we did and if it isn't too hot. You can also catch a bus instead. There are a couple of very good, genuine Italian restaurants (ie. non-touristy, where locals eat) right around the corner from the hotel.

i stayed at this hotel after checking it with hotelclub and tripadvisor. this is a great hotel- comfortable, modern, clean, internet access, great breakfast, and helpful staff. The location is a little further out from the town center han some other hotels, but an easy walk away for those who aren't disabled or elderly (i'm not big on walking but the city is fairly smaill and easy to walk). a true 4 star.

Excellent hotel with pleasant staff. Convenient parking a short walk away with allocated parking space was well worth the extra charge if travelling with a car. Not the best part of town but all major sites are walkable to if you are reasonably fit, and we neer felt unsafe on the walks regardless of time of day or night. Meal facilities at the hotel are very limited, but Florence is full of excellent restaurants if you choose carefully.

This hotel cannot be faulted for cleanliness and helpfulness of staff. We asked several times for advice regarding buses, trains restaurants and were always provided with genuine and helpful advice. Drinks, coffees etc were all first class and reasonably priced. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in in 10 years of frequent travel. If there is a drawback it is that the hotel is situated a 15 minutes walk from the centre of Florence, however, a frequent bus service is available about 200m from the hotel which we used when we couldn't be bothered to walk.

We stayed one night in a twin room at this hotel, whose location is somewhat away from the major tourist sites and the railway station. The size of the room and bathroom are large. The quality and variety of the breakfast was disappointing, and three different types of breads we selected were all stale. The staff were helpful and polite.

Nice hotel with modern facilities and friendly staff. Pleasant welcome drink, perfect breakfast! A bid far from city center, but if you have a car - no problem whatsoever. Also no problem with free parking nerby. Pricing could be lower, but having stayed in Florence in other hotels for comparable prices, but much lower quality, is OK. I would strongly recommend it for comfort staying in Florence.

A nice, clean hotel. Quite central but away from the tourist infested center. Would make a good hotel for a business trip, but lacks the charm of some other Florentine hotels. A fresco would have been nice.

This 4 star hotel is located close to the centre of Florence (about 15 minutes to walk to the Dome) and offers a great value for your money. The room and bathroom are really high standard and the staff is friendly. I can definately recommend this fine hotel and shall go back there for sure when I return to beautiful Florence. By the way, there is a great Italian restaurant just around the corner of the hotel called "Alfredo's". I just loved it. You should not miss to pass by...

Very nice hotel. Highly recommended if you can get a good rate with breakfast included. Rooms are large by European standard. Very nice bathroom and even got a walk in closet! The only thing that did not work well was the TV internet.

This was a truly wonderful hotel experience & I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. The staff all spoke very good English & were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated. The hotel was a 15min walk from the station & 10 -15 min walk to all attractions.
