We stayed two nights at this hotel. It was a little bit of a distance to the tourist areas compared to a lot of the hotels, but worth the little walk for the quality and the price. This hotel was beautiful. It must be new or recently remodeled. It was as nice as any 4 star American hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable (although the beds were a bit hard). The bathroom had a full bathtub, which my friend and I each excitedly used after our long day of sightseeing. It also had a hairdryer and converted outlet. There was wi-fi for a fee, but it was cutting out. You could use the internet on the computer in the lobby, but that also was for a fee, which I found odd. The breakfast was nice, and we ate on a beautiful, peaceful patio.

My friend and I stayed two nights at this hotel. Beware the steep steps up from the front door; hopefully your bags won't be too heavy because it appeared that all the hotels were up a flight of stairs. This room was small and a bit old, but it was just fine for our purposes. It was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The beds were a bit hard. The bathroom had a hairdryer. The shower was small, but big enough. The hotel claimed to have free wi-fi in the lobby, but sadly it does not work with smart phones... how very strange. The breakfast was very nice, in a lovey dining room. The coffee was horrible (as it was at all our hotels in Italy). We really liked the location. It was right by the train station which is sooo important in Venice. You DO NOT want to walk all over with suitcases looking for your hotel. And the water buses and taxis are EXPENSIVE. This also meant that it was away from the massive crowds that are swarming the tourist areas. We could actually walk freely in our neighborhood. This may not be a problem the whole year, but our trip was in tourist high season August. It was also next door to the best (and cheapest) gelato shop of our whole Italy trip!

Good clean comfortable 4 star hotel. Reasonable breakfast included in rate and good quality bathrooms. It is located a good 15 minute walk from the Duomo but this is reflected in the room rates which are cheaper than some of the more central hotels. The walk is flat and not a problem if you only staying a few nights as we did and if it isn't too hot. You can also catch a bus instead. There are a couple of very good, genuine Italian restaurants (ie. non-touristy, where locals eat) right around the corner from the hotel.

i stayed at this hotel after checking it with hotelclub and tripadvisor. this is a great hotel- comfortable, modern, clean, internet access, great breakfast, and helpful staff. The location is a little further out from the town center han some other hotels, but an easy walk away for those who aren't disabled or elderly (i'm not big on walking but the city is fairly smaill and easy to walk). a true 4 star.
