recently refurbished, it is located in a very lively area of Vienna. comfortable beds and quiet rooms but, above all, 50 meters distant from the underground line U1 Keplerplaz that allow to get to downtown in only 5 minutes

The hotel wasnt bad, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was ok. It located right next to a metro station which is only 2 or 3 stops away from the city center "Stephansplatz" which is of course a major sightseeikng advantage. Pricewise it was more than just fair. 2 negative things: 1. The hotel doesnt have a proper reception (After 11:00 the reception is in the Segafredo Cafe beneath, it seems the owner of the Segafredo alos owns the hotel) 2. If you happen to get a streetside room you may have trouble sleeping as it is quite loud there. Luckily I was dead tired after my sightseeing marathon so I wasnt too bad. All in all, if you have a low udget, I can recommand you this hottel highly, as the overall impression isnt too bad.

It would be nice if the hotel hallways would be no-smoking also. Other than that, a good location and great traffiv vonnection to the centre.

I devalued the service because credit card charging was not possible. The management claimed this being a temporary blackout, but since this kept going over the whole period of my stay, I got the impression that this was an excuse for a permanent unavailability.
