I stayed at this hotel several years back and had a great experience, not so this time. Housekeeping kept skipping my room and not re stocking the coffee bar, gym equipment in ill repair, loud neighbors - switched rooms and more loud neighbors. Someone puked in the doorway next to my room and they took all day to clean it up. They are slipping.

I don't see any special features in this hotel. Modern look, small rooms, cool staff, good location... But why they charge so much money for coffee in Starbucks and the parking (if you don't have a direct access from parking lot to a lobby in the south part).... Hint: Cheaper and convenient parking lot not far across a rail way.

Check in/out were both easy. On check-in I was "upgraded" to a "hospitality suite". The room was great, with 3 balconies, a bar, a dining room table and several easy chairs. Had I been young enough to invite a crowd back to my room it would have been fabulous! The bathroom was adequate. The room lacked a full length mirror and the Murphy bed was not wonderfully comfortable. Having come from the East Coast I was awake at 4 am and was grateful for the 24 hour fitness room. I ate in the Lounge Bar and in the Pool Bar. Both meals were fairly priced and flavorful. On the morning of departure I chose to eat at LC's Restaurant. It was an expensive and unfortunate choice and I cannot recommend this restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located as the convention I was attending was next door at the convention center. I felt safe and the cleanliness was good. I stayed 5 nites and it was easy walking distance to several restaurants. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if the opportunity arose.
