My Important Stuff Rating (1-5); 1= Low 5=High Hot Water: 3 Water Pressure: 3 Bed Cleanliness: 5 Bathroom Cleanliness: 5 Internet: 1 (only on floors 1-3, 4-6 dont have connection) Location to Food & Stores: 1 (If you dont mind taking a short ride in taxi then this location would be OK for you) Staff Assistance: 5 (Mainly Spanish speaking) Buffet Breakfast: 1 (Not real buffet, just ham slices with small rolls) Would I return? No. For a few dollars more I can go to a much upscale hotel in a better location. Do I recommend the Hotel? Yes. Its between a hostel and a 3 star hotel. The price is a bit ridiculous though. What I liked: Nice bed, a lot of TV channels. What I didnt like: Internet WiFi only in lobby, and on floors 1-3. 4-6 dont have internet. The showers were not hot enough nor strong enough.

The room smelt of cigarettes and the walls have little sound insulation. Breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for but if you're just looking for a place to stay then it's quite satisfactory. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Excellent in room facilities (cable TV, air con, everything very modern). Average service (no toiletries in room, took a long time to check in). Breakfast not very good. Location on a busy street on edge of Miraflores district - 25 mins walk to downtown Miraflores. Good value for money.

The San Blas is a very long way from anything in Mirraflores - 20 minutes walk to the central paza and 40 minutes to Larco Mar. It is also located on Avenue Arriquipa which is a very busy and noisy street - day and night - and you cannot sleep without the window open.
