San Augustin Exclusive Hotel Lima Guest Reviews
Great value for money in a good location in close proximity to options of food, entertainment and shopping. The hotel service and facilities were good with 2 free internet stations and I even sent a fax to Australia for free. They also allowed me a late check out on the final day at 2pm without extra cost. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable with a safe, LCD TV and numerous cable channels to choose from. With buffet breakfast included with hot and cold selections this was one of the best value for money hotels I have ever stayed at and would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel. Tip: the hotel laundry is pricey but fortunately there are 2 laundrette within one to two blocks but be sure to plan in advance because pick-up time is 7pm the following day so they do take time in doing the laundry unless you order express service. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Exclusive Hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay for those needing some quiet space and time to relax whilst being in the heart of one of the attractive [though very touristy] parts of Lima. The staff were helpful and polite and able to deal with my very poor level of Spanish! :) The breakfast was usually great and atmosphere calm. I would recommend this hotel to people staying for business or pleasure, single or as a couple. If I return to Lima - this is where I will stay.

This hotel is in a good location in the heart of Miraflores. Overall, I found the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms in the front facing the street are rather noisy, and I was relocated to the back with no problem. The hotel does provide computers with internet access in the lobby. However, I would give this hotel 3.5 stars as opposed to 4.

On my second stay in Exclusive Hotel I was located in very small and very smelly room on third level. I would not recommend stay in here. Cleaniness was a big problem. Awful smell, bad draingae, noise from air-con. definetely not 4-star.
