Rooms were not cleaned good at all. The wash clothes and towels where dingy!!!! The pillows looked dingy also. The floor looked like they were not vacuumed at all. Not a place I would stay again.

Surprisingly quiet for a hotel next to an interstate. It is also under a flight path to the Air Force base. Military aircraft to not have the noise abatement equipment of commercial craft. Fortunately the planes stopped flying by 9:00 pm. Close to malls and restaurants and convenient to NW San Antonio venues. I was traveling NW toward Sea World and the morning rush traffic was going in the other direction. The hotel has been recently refurbished. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The non-smoking room I was initially given had been smoked in. The desk immediately gave me another room. That too had a smoker in its distant past. Why do smokers do that? The only fix for the hotel would be to rip out the carpet... again. The typical hotel continental breakfast waffle iron creates Texas shaped waffles. Only in Texas...

My wife lost her purse during our stay. The cleaning lady stole the purse and it was recorded on the hotel video cameras. The manager has provided assistance but it was ruined an otherwise good vacation. We will not return to San Antonio!

The location was good, about 5 to 8 miles from everything. A shopping mall across the highway. We had a smoking room wich is hard to find. The bed was comfortable. Free breakfast where you make your own waffles. Clean and inexpensive.
