Leaving a woman alone at 11pm at night to walk in the dark to the hotel in a strange place because the bus driver didn't go near the hotel, and she also had to pay the driver-not free. Then staff in the hotel to told her there were no busses until 8.15 am next day - too late for the flight, when there was busses when she went to the lobby at 7.15 to get a taxi...hotel is ok but get your act together regarding busses before advertising this as a 'special feature'!

It's a pretty decent hotel if you need to spend a night in transiting from Barcelona. Very near airport with convenient pick-up and drop shuttle service. Rooms are small but clean and nice.

Well located for Barcelona airport, with transfers; hence, a convenient stopover hotel. Staff was friendly, efficient and approachable. Food and service was good.

Close to airport with a free shuttle service. A couple of restaurants within walking distance with good food and wine. Clean comfortable rooms.
