We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in February. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a very quiet street, parallel to the main Hauptbahnhof, and 5 mins walk from the town centre. The staff could not be friendlier, ranging from the Hotel Receptionist to the Barman/Waiter. Nothing was too much trouble. Rates are fantastic too. Rooms/Hotel are lovely and warm too. The only downside I would say is that the single rooms are very small, and my bed was a little uncomfortable - but other than that it was fantastic. Would definately stay at this hotel again.

Standard rooms (I was checked in on 2nd floor) look and smell like a youth hostel, absolutely a no go for business traveler. Upgrade to Superior at Euro 45 proofed to be the right thing (except checking out). Superior rooms offer the standard one would expect by choosing a 4* hotel. Breakfast room is a dark and uncomfortable. Internet access via hotel PC is fitted in a pretty narrow niche and at very expensive 9 Euros an hour!!!

They have a fine breakfast room and good food. It would be more joyful if the personal would smile more often.

Very close to the main station - 200m if you walk through a lane. Good dinner.

Five housekeeping and maintenance faults with room. Door didn't lock, no remote for tv, light not working, no soap provided and leaking pipe in bathroom. Left a note for manager on departure but still recommend this hotel. Wonderful sauna on top floor and great mountain views.

The hotel stafff were really helpful and the hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the train station. Morning breakfast was good too! The only down side was that the hotel was structurally lopsided and the cleaning staffs were very diligent in removing plastics bags from the room, even when these bags were filled with stuff. We almost lost two bags of clothings becos of this = )

Traditional Tyrolean hotel very close to main station and tourist area. Spacious clean room and good breakfast. Attentative bar and restaurant staff, only average service from reception staff. Would reccommend and stay there again myself.

For a 4 star hotel the room size is too small. Old furniture and the bed is to small.

Very good place...on our visit we had a slight leak in our bathroom and since they could not change the room immediately as the hotel was full the nest day they upgraded our room to a suite and offered us complimentary wine and frut bascket....we felt valued!!!!Close to the railway station so good location
