"Five housekeeping and maintenance faults with room. Door didn't lock, no remote for tv, light not working, no soap provided and leaking pipe in bathroom. Left a note for manager on departure but still recommend this hotel. Wonderful sauna on top floor and great mountain views. "

"Traditional Tyrolean hotel very close to main station and tourist area. Spacious clean room and good breakfast. Attentative bar and restaurant staff, only average service from reception staff. Would reccommend and stay there again myself."
