Room damp and smelly. Old tricks like towel missing or no water in minibar to collect tips. No internet outside of "business hours" of 9.30 to 18.00 Not recommended.

Helpful staff, the location is very good: 5 min walk to Central Railway Station (also McDonalds available here!!). Five minutes walk to bus-station Nr. 66 which is going to Victoria station. Taxi in front of hotel at all times.

The Room looked old and small. The bathroom is complete out of date. Worst was the noise from a building site next to the hotel. The trucks were driving till late after midnight. The breakfast room in the underground has no ambience at all with a very small buffet. No place to recommend.

I booked hotel for four days and when I checked in I requested the manager for another day and they promised that I can stay for five days but after four days of booking at 11th hour, I was asked to move to another hotel because they have total sold out position, this was only bad experience at hotel, otherwise it was worth it.
