The Saerim Hotel is located within 30 km of the Incheon International Airport. It is within short walking distance of Seoul's City Centre and is right in the middle of Insadong and old business district. Insadong Main Street is closed to traffic on Sundays. The room was tiny and the staff spoke no English. There are no amenities. Essentially, this is a crash pad in a good neighborhood. You would probably be better off staying in a guest house north of Insadong.

As others have said the hotel is in an excellent location but a little hard to find or even locals to direct you to. From the airport we used the 6002 Airport bus to the YMCA stop. Actually the YMCA is across the road and its better to use the crossing a short way back up the road as opposed to using the subway (stairs) if you have bags. Get the hotel to email you a map like they have on the back of their calling card and it should be easy. Its a short walk to the hotel and it has all the mod cons in the room. 42"TV, Computer, Purified Water cooler, Hotwater for tea or coffee, Coffee saches, Aftershave and other lotions and more. Excellent value for money.
