have stayed here many times but this time was an older room with wheelchair shower etc, which we did not request, for money should of been better

Disappointing for a famous hotel in Auckland. The room given property is for disabled probably, and the room furnitures are outdated and dark, ? Designed with gamblers in mind no doubt. The only saving grace was $100 per night. Cheap but I would personally prefer a more comfy hotel.

Great room offered what we needed, great central location with built in entertainment with Casino, plenty of great food options at great prices.. well worth a stay.

Took over 45mins to checkout and get car (valet parked)as there were tours leaving at same time and only two staff working on the desk, very frustrating.
