First time stay. The male reception person was very helpful. Rates to go not forwarded the booking. He checked me in in any event and sorted the problem out. Even though it was not the Hotels fault he upgraded me because of the inconvenience. The room was clean, functional and the view was superb. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel, staff were very helpful and efficient, anything we asked for was done immediatly and without question. very good location for Auckland restaurants and bars etc and 15 minutes walk from the harbour attractions Rooms were very clean and functional, didnt eat in the restaurant because there were too many other alternatives but noted most restaurants were very busy on each evening

Everything was marvellous, even though we didn't use the gym or the lap pool it was there and it was top class. The amenities on site were very good and everything else you could want were in easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and spacious and if you wanted to know something the staff were only too eager to help. The actual Gingerbread house in the foyer and the giant Xmas tree were good to see and even though it was a Sunday and Monday there was plenty going on to keep us entertained. We have already recommended it to friends and we will go again.

Lovely friendly staff...immaculate rooms and perfect location for easy access to everything! Staff were extremely helpful going out of their way to assist us when we didn't know how to get to different places... Various choices of where to eat depending on what one wants to spend and all within within or around the complex! The swimming pool, sauna, gym, spa pool were also a most enjoyable bonus :) Would definitely stay here again...

Only stayed one night but will definitely stay again. Our experience was made even more fantastic by charismatic Kevin on the door. Especially enjoyed our harbour view room and only wished we'd known that Peter Gordon's dine restaurant was on the ground floor. Enjoyed cocktails in the piano bar:) Found the staff helpful and unobtrusive and the room spacious and elegant. 5 star ++
