Second time I have stayed here... location is close to IBM head office Unfortunately reception makes many mistakes it took 35 minutes to check out and the bill was promised to me in the end via email and I never received When I did check in they first got me to a room not yet cleaned so I wasted more time heading back to reception to get a clean room. They mean good , just very disorganized
