Ryokan Rakucho Kyoto is a two-storey wooden building with a beautiful garden in Sakyo-ku. Nestled in a quiet and non-smoking environment, it is a minute walk to the Furitsudaigaku-mae Bus Stop, which is near the Post Office. An art gallery, museum and folk craft are found around the area. The hotel is also accessible to the Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden, which has a conservatory and faces the Kamogawa River.
