I had a great stay at the Rydges Hotel and the staff are great.

wasnt happy with the service ..our booking wasnt passed on . We were told we would have mircowave and cot ready didnt happen. the cot arrived and no mircowave. We had the side with the busy street. We were not happy with the restuarant as the food and drinks we ordered werent there and we had to order something else ....both with the drinks and dessert. I thought the staff werent not helpful or very well trained. To get to our room we had stairs and a pram knowing we had a baby and pram we should of got a quieter room and no stairs. when we arrived we had to get our computer out to confirm our email as we did not have a booking. So all in all from start to finish wasnt very good. We are hoping our stay in Melbourne at nrth Rydges on the 29 th - 31st oct is going to be better in staying that we have already confirmed booking and we were not in and we had to make another booking. fingers crossed Lisa

Tired decore. Needs a serious upgrade in room. Furniture old and needs serious upgrading. Not good value for the price considering it costs and extra $10.00 to park making a standard room $209.00.

Underground carpark was full and had to park on street. Stay was on a Saturday night and nearby nightclub noise could be heard in room till 3.30am.

Great room spent our first married night there and returned 6 yrs later i think the spa in the bathroom handnt been painted since our last visit it looked old and tired, needs updating, flaky paint
