The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times. Saturday night disco's in Cairns can be noisy for those who do not participate therefore requesting a room on the side facing north [looking toward Shield and Grafton street] makes for a quiet Saturday night and a good nights sleep.

This hotel was the located perfectly in the centre of cbd and we never needed a car. Service was good & value for money great

Stayed in many hotels in Cairns. This was one of the best. Check in and check out was easy and the hotel was in a good location for me and very close to restaurants. Paid parking was the only issue otherwise had to leave car on the street. Being close to a local night spot, there can be quite a bit of noise, but can hardly be heard once in your room. Would stay again

Staff friendly, effecient and helpful. Great location, Central to everything, restuarants, shops, entertainment, harbour walks. Great buffet breakfast each morning. Definately will be visiting again.
