Just a few yards from Gloucester Road tube and ideally located for the major museums. Fresh, well appointed rooms. Would stay again.

Room was well furnished and clean.Tube station 100 yards away linked directly to Heath Row and st pancreas for Eurostar and bus outside door.Although we booked and paid some months in advance wewere given a basement room .Unfotunatly the corridor outside the room smelled badly.Charging for wifi was a bit over the top as it was freely available in all the pubs and cafe,s along the road outside.

Good location, good staff, splendid breakfast. Just the ticket to walk down to Chelsea Embankment for the river flotilla.

Great hotel in great location. 2 minutes from Tube Stn. Staff very good particularly at reception. Restaurant was very ordinary though there were plenty of choices in the vicinity. The only other complaint was that wireless internet was charged for whereas most places nowadays supply it for free. There are 2 Starbucks within minutes which have free Wi-Fi. Reception did print our Boarding Passes for free which was a plus. In summary we found the hotel excellent and would certainly recommend it to others.
