Location
Tucked into the suburbs, yet only 10 minutes to the CBD, the Resort is only a short drive to many attractions. Crocodylus Park houses over a thousand crocodiles from baby hatchlings to massive 5 metre long adults. Just nearby, Leanyer Water Park is great family day out with three swimming pools and two water slides.

Restaurant
Essence Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering modern cuisine. The Runway Bar operates each evening and the Pool Bar is also open each afternoon.

Only real complaint was no teaspoons in room for cuppa

very expensive place to stay. the meal at the restaurant was pricy as well. Close to airport but taxis to city centre and Cullen bay, etc was expensive.

Great place to stay if you need to catch an early flight the next day. Courtesy bus is excellent. Staff are friendly. The only down side is the noise from opening doors and late arriving guests - choose to stay in the bungalows or higher priced suites if you want an uninterupted sleep. Or choose their sister hotel the Airport Inn across the road.

this is a great resort, the pool is nothing short of fabulous...make sure you have a dip in the evening, its magical at night.... it is right by the airport but you wont hear any planes! great value for money
