Ruze Hotel Cesky Krumlov Guest Reviews
Ruze Hotel has a wonderful setting; particularly the terrace with the view over the river. The room was good and spacious but although the bathroom was clean the shower over the bath was very difficult and the towels were not exactly luxurious - definitely not a good rating for the bathroom. There was no water or tea/coffee making facility in the room. We were also d charged extra for parking and for the use of the jaccuzi. Restaurant was excellent for evening meal and for breakfast. The staff were also excellent - very helpful and friendly. We would not stay again because we feel it is grossly over priced. We have previously stayed in smaller hotels and self catering in Cesky Krumlov and to be honest, they were much better value for money and with much better facilities. We decided to treat ourselves and go for the best but were dissapointed; particularly considering that we paid such a high price. I must say again though that the staff were brilliant.

Facilities and location were great, had no complaints. Would be first choice for stay on return to Cesky Krumlov.

The hotel is sited in the old town area of Cesky Krumlov and is very convenient for all amenities. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated in old baronial style and offers very good value. The room we had was on the top floor and had exposed roof beams and a lovely ornate double bed. The bathroom was a little limited in that the shower was over the bath and tended to splash water onto the floor etc as it wasn't fully enclosed. Food weas very good with an extensive breakfast choice. Overall a nice hotel in a beautiful location and definately the palce to stay in this gorgeous town and area.
