Location
Rumba Beach Resort is situated in the heart of Caloundra, two and a half kilometres from Caloundra Airport. While on vacation, holidaymakers view art displays at Caloundra Regional Gallery or watch performances at Lake Kawana Community Centre and horse races at Sunshine Coast Turf Club.
Rooms
The 65 boutique one- two- or three-bedroom apartments have air conditioning, cable HDTV, Internet access, laundry and ironing facilities, espresso machine, fully equipped kitchen and balcony.
Restaurant
Diners at Rumba Resort savour an array of sumptuous local and international cuisines at The Coffee Club, La Dolce Vita, Hog's Breath Cafe, Sandbar Cafe and Tides Waterfront Dining on site.
General
Rumba Beach Resort Caloundra can host business or social functions for up to 130 people at the two meeting facilities on site. At the resort, patrons can soak in the Jacuzzi, swim in the heated lap pool or unwind with drinks at the Channel Sports Bar & Bistro.

We stayed only one night at the end of our holiday, but it was well worth it!! The rooms are so well equipped. From coffee machines, washing machines and driers to vacuum cleaners and drying racks. The beach across the road is fantastic and then the pools and jacuzzi just add to the fun. Overall a fantastic location. We did find hair in the spa on arrival but otherwise great. Coffee club below was quite ordinary but the Italian restaurant was beautiful!! Well worth the stay.....

My husband and i had been trying to have a bit of time out for about 2 years and due to family and work commitments just didn't find the time ,so we were determined to make time this weekend . We chose the Rumba Beach Resort Caloundra and were pleasantly suprised at the location , being right on Bulcock Beach where we had taken our children to swim when they were little . We chose a room with a view of the beach and we could hear the waves during the night and woke up to a spectacular sunrise , all the things you forget about in lifes everyday rush. Everything you need is there for you at the Resort . Including 2 pools if your not fond of sea water , one of them being heated if you can't brave the cold water .The rooms are very clean and have lovely decores , you can choose to dine out or take your own food and stay in your room. We chose to go down the stairs of the Resort to the Esplanade were you can find all types of eaterys and restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner . We had a wonderful break and we are hoping to make it a longer stay next time . If your looking for a bit of time out or a family holiday Rumba Beach Resort Caloundra is well worth it they cater to couples as well as young families . Definately 5 stars from me .

Rumba Beach Resort & Spa at Caloundra was a last minute booking for us which turned out to be a wonderful experience! The linen was of the highest quality, as was everything about Rumba. The attention paid to the little things eg; a selection of pillows available on request, top quality fittings, coffee making machine to mention a few. The range of in-house movies available was great and at a reasonable price. Close to shops/restaurants/beach plus the cocktail bar was a big hit! Well done Rumba, we'll be back! Cheers.

Great apartments with good cooking facilities. Nice pool area. Short walk across the road to Bulcock Beach. Recommended.

Great location with easy walking to town centre and also to the beachside cafes. Good sized rooms and very comfortable. Good view across Pumistone Passage. Very enjoyable stay.
