Plus point is the location, very near to line 2 MRT station Nanjing xi lu station Breakfast is terrible. Room needs some renovation, bed very2 hard and door cannot close properly. Bathroom very small. No dressing table and mirror in the room. Bedside lamp suddendly on by itself in the middle of the night, do not know why...

I was staying in an economic room. Good for single traveler. The thing that I am not too satisfy is about the room without window. But overall, with the price paid, it's good enough.

I didn't expect that much from a three star hotel in China. I was a little worried, but when I saw the room, I was happy that it's all newly rennovated and clean. Location is fantastic, just across from the metro station. Only takes 5 minutes by taxi the the city center.

I found the location very central, right near the metro station and less than a 5km radius from the main tourist attractions of Shanghai and metres from the central shopping district of Nanjing Rd. Staff did their job, but some were more helpful than others and there was some confusion on arrival as to whether we had booked a twin or a double room, despite this being clearly indicated on our internet reservation form. There were also some problems with the shower, which they tried to fix for some time, but not entirely successfully and no discount or upgrade was offered to remedy this. On the plus side, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and of a high standard. I would stay here again, despite the few hiccups with service. It was generally a pleasant experience.
