Hotel itself is nice, but staff are not helpful or courteous.

Good location, 10min walk to city but has a great restaurant downstairs. Clean modern apartment, just wish hotel had a better gym, the staff were very helpfull and accomadated every need. Have stayed in Melbourne many times and we will definetly stay here again.

Everything was very good, staff very friendly and helpful. Only compliant was that there was mould in the shower. Otherwise excellent

We were very happy with The Royce. As a busy family, my wife and I were pleased to take a night out just for ourselves and relax. The Royce made this happen for us. We will surely go back there again.
