Location of the hotel is good, within walking distance from Pavilion Mall. Pool is nice, sun shines there from early morning. Furniture in room is worn. Had to stay in smoking room. Not so bad in the room, but walking through the corridor was quite smelly. Staff was quick to come and fix noisy bathroom door or non-working tap. Breakfast was a disappointment, not to par with other 5 star hotels.

The name said it all..... You get treated like royal!!!! We stayed in the executive suite, the service was amazing... Weather it maybe booking an outside restaurant to room service, it was done straight away and they even call you to let you know the task has been done...had an awesome stay...

Stayed here for 3 nights and was upgraded to an executive suite for free. The room was huge and comfortable with an great bathroom. We got 3 nights for the price of 2 when we booked and included breakfast. The breakfast was the most amazing selection I have ever seen and great value. Definitely get the included breakfast. Nice pool. Its a little bit of a walk to Jalan Bukit Bintang, maybe 10 minutes but this is no problem. This was the best of 3 hotels we stayed at in Malaysia.
