Royal View Hotel Hong Kong Guest Reviews (91)
Very spacious guestroom (30sqm for standard room) with stunning view of the Ma Wa channel and Ting Kau bridge. The guestroom has a mini kitchen with a sink and a kettle, a shame they do not have English tea. The Hotel is a bit far from city centre; the shuttle bus is not very frequent and finishes early in the evening. The hotel hasn’t got much of a public area and bar and restaurant close at 11pm. Overall it is a very nice hotel and the price are very reasonable. Recommended.

Like the location and peacefulness during my stay there. Although a little far but with the shuttle bus service helps to solve the problem. The cab charges from the MRT station to the hotel after the shuttle bus service is convenient too. Overall remarks a happy holiday in HK.

The hotel location is very good. The harbour view is perfect. There is a beach nearby just walking distance from the hotel with complete facilities where you can walk/jog and feel the sea breeze and do exercise as well. The hotel personnel and room attendants were polite and helpful. We will try the suite when we come back and visit hongkong again. Hotel shuttle buses were on time. Airport is not far from the hotel. MTR locations are easily accessible. Just recommend to have airport shuttle bus if possible.

Excelent location, superb staff - always ready to assist - especially Kelvin and all the Front Office staff. Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and greet you when they see you! Overall a very pleasant stay. Have stayed 2 times now - both visits were for over 10 days days and were excelent. Would suggest shuttle bus to TST should stop at Tsing Yi (to catch Airport Express train) all day not just in the morning.

Having visited Hong Kong several times, I chose to stay at this hotel as a change from the usual city centre venues. The best feature of the hotel is the location beside stunning bridges with sea views, but you have to get the right rooms for the view and some rooms are located almost under the bridge givign a somewhat claustrophobic feeling. The suites and best rooms have great views. The venue is somewhat isolated but the free bus shuttle service is efficient and public transport in HK is of course excellent. Most residents are family holiday makers. The pool and spa facilities are good. In summary, slightly inconvenient location but good views from some rooms, good facilities and helpful staff.
