We arrived at Hotel and Hotel was shut down 2 days before arrival. nobody told us anything. So while trying to get help through o on the phone with them for 45 mins decided to find hotel ourselves. After we found hotel we got call back that o would refund us. huge stress when starting our vaccation. Really upset.

From the moment we got off the elevator, the carpets were so dirty and stained I couldn't imagine what the room looked like. First of all it smelled horribly like mold. THe bedspreads were ripped, but tile on the bathroom floor was broken and almost cut my daughter's foot when she stepped on it, the beds were more than "broken in", the lights were broken. Just an aweful expereince!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Wish I could have gotten my $300 back!

We had 1BR room with full kitchen. Our room was facing lake and we watch sunset every evening for 7 nights. Yes, the room needs a little updates and in a hallway it's smells like cigarets but over all it's great hotel. It has swimming pool heated a year around, hot tub and continental breakfast in the morning.

The Hotel has an amazing location. We had 1BR with full kitchen facing lake. Every day we watch sunset from our patio. This Hotel has heated swimming pool all year around, hot tub and continental breakfast. Lakeside Marina Beach right a cross from hotel has so many water activities. This time we stayed 7 nights and we'll definetely come back again.
