i couldn't ask for anything better. the staff was so helpful and always had smile and read to help attitude. we were upgraded to caribe tower and the room was awesome with ocean view. We loved the food and there was plenty to do.

Very friendly, helpfull people, great looking hotel, clean room, food and drinks were almost all day long, there were activities at the hotel every day. Free internet in the lobby with your laptop.

Roma was outdated but since you come back to your room only for sleeping it didnt bother us. Staff is friendly, pool is awesome, bar is great. Location of the hotel is not that good. You have to take a bus to go somewhere shopping.

The Royal Solaris has not much changed - but it has! The Beach is remodeld with much more sand so that you get the perfekt way into the sea. The Staff is still kindley and very helpfull - the food was the best in all the vacations. The rooms are big and the amenities in there is luxury. The Royal Solaris is every Peso worth you are paying and we well get back in June 2012

This was our 2nd 10 day trip to the same resort! The staff is very kind and everything is spotless. We upgraded to an ocean-view room with a balcony (worth it) which made it even better. Although we went alone we met many couples and families which added to our having a very enjoyalable time.
