We stayed here for a few days over the Easter break in 2012 and found it super convenient to get to all the shopping areas in Orchard and it was 5 minutes walk to the MRT station. The room was perfect, clean, and came with a nespresso coffee machine that had 3 pods we could choose from and it was replenished daily! room was large enough and the bathroom was very modern and clean. Would love to stay here again for an extremely good value for money hotel.

We arrived at 7:00am so our rooms were not available for checking in but we were upgraded to avoid any inconvenience to us after travelling for so many hours. Perfect location for the amazing shopping Singapore has to offer. The Nespresso coffee machines, the complimentary Internet and mini bar are an added bonus. Highly recommend this hotel.

We has a 8pm arrival into Singapore and had to be at the airport next day by 6.30am. This hotel was recommended by friends and we were very pleased. Staff were very obliging and readily helped us out with a couple of requests. We received an unrequested upgrade to a premier room which was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our early morning wake up call was on time and staff arranged a taxi to be waiting for our airport trip. Wouild stay here again for longer occasions as it is very conveninet to accesss shops, transport etc.

The hotel staff were quite friendly and very willing to assist. We were only staying for 1 night with 2 young kids, and booked a room with a king bed. We asked for a twin bed room and it was promptly organised. the bed was king single and quite sufficient even for both of us, the two adults. on date of check out, we need to store our baggages with them until 9pm. Even before we asked, The staff suggested we take a shower at the pool changing room. The room is reasonable sized, carpet at common area was a bit old and the hotel rooms do require a bit of update, but for the price and location, we will still recommend this. We stayed in more pricy hotel on orchard road before which did not impress. Walking distance to the MRT orchard station which take us everywhere. We will certainly stay here again.

This was our first visit to Singapore and Royal Plaza on Scotts did not disappoint. We stayed in the Club Deluxe room which was well worth it. Staff were fantastic, especially those in the club lounge. Breakfast included as well as afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapes in the club lounge, we felt at home. Definitely will return next time we're in Singapore!
