Royal Norfolk Hotel London Guest Reviews
A nice clean hotel for the price, but the lift was out of order when I stayed there and my room was on the third floor making it hard to carry luggage up and down. They do have a left luggage room which is very handy.

The room was abysmally small and cramped. The lift was not working and I was left to carry my luggage up and down 74 stairs. I had to leave early in the morning but there was no offer to provide even some breakfast before I left.

Excellent location with Paddington railway and tube station just around the corner. Whole town easy accessible, and a quick airport transfer with Heathrow Express, which were the main points on our short visit (3 days). The hotel itself represented a typical standard class.

Great spot to stay, but room small although excellent for the price.

Very small rooms - particularly the bathroom. I couldn't fit in the shower!
