This is a great hotel. If i would be going to phuket, i would book this hotel again.

This year we moved after the first free night (on our airticket) at Metropole, in a rather halfdirty room, to this hotel, after reading good reviews about it and we where certainly satisfied to do so (de luxe/38 sqm) and we would absolutely choose it again next time.

Royal is a good choice for visitor that would like to stay in Phuket town. It is value for money and is among the best hotel in town. The management also take the views of the guest seriously to improve their hotel. I will recommend it the visitor that look forward to a comfortable stay in Phuket.

The hotel facility is old. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is far from the hot entertainment places, it is hard to take public transportation to those places such as Patong and central of city. Breakfast was not that nice.
