The hotel is just a short walk from the railway station, but near the lake and a few minutes walk to the Old Town and shops. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.Nice having the tea and coffee in the room.Good varied buffet breakfast with a choice of cooked eggs. Would use again.

In 10 years of using Geneva hotels this is the quietest I have stayed in,and given location that is fantastic. Although dated and kitch decor all clean and everything worked, If the restaurant doesn't appeal there are loads of restaurants within 5 minutes walk

Excellent location close to station, lake and city centre. Comfortable hotel though a little pricey. Free wifi. Expensive breakfast but plenty of cafes nearby.

Had two nights here, easy walk from railway station and two streets back from lakeside. Room was very luxurious and clean as would be expected. Breakfast included in rate and was first class, staff excellent. Checked in late and receptionist had difficult customers ahead of us which he dealt with with great patience. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. No hesitation to stay here again. Received a pass to free public transport but didnt need to use this. Wifi was easy to work.

Very convenient location in the city near the waterfront and a short walk from the bus and train stations. Excellent choice for both business and tourist alike. My only criticism is the expensive (€31) continental breakfast buffet - there is an excellent coffee shop next door which offers far better value. Otherwise, I would definitely return to this hotel.
