The hotel is a magnificently restored heritage property located at corner of West Georgia and Howe streets in the heart of downtown business, shopping and entertainment districts. The property is placed across from the Pacific Centre Mall, The Art Gallery and steps from all major financial institutions.

Horrible experiences with hotel staff, especially Conceige. Money was missing from safe in the room. Safety was a problem. It is great place for stalkers. Pay the staff & they will put cameras in guest's room. Stay away & be safe. This is second time i write this review. The first review seems to have been deleted. Hotel unsafe for business. A staff actually followed me while going out of hotel. Staff allowed another guest to enter my room & riffle though my things. Word to the wise- stay clear of this hotel.

Beautifully upgraded rooms with extra amenities, including heated bathroom floors and inroom delicious espresso, and the extremely helpful staff made this stay unforgettable. Free wifi, fitness center and pool always a plus. Lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, Great Gatsby was my fave. Restaurant is rated one of the best in the city. Centrally located walking distance to most downtown attractions.

Hotel staff lacks mangerial supervision. Security was a huge problem.

I will never stay at this Hotel again. Hotel staff can be bought to give access to guests information and room. Worst than zero. It is unsafe hotel. Most staff are unfriendly and greet the guest with a stare. Ten thumbs down.

the hotel staffs are excellent, friendly and responsible. the location is perfect just located in the center of the city. staffs are very responsible. I left the iPad in my room and they sent it back to my home by courier.
