Rosetta Hotel Perugia Guest Reviews
I had prepaid this hotel for a colleague coming to Perugia for work. An emergency arose she could not come that night. I tried to change my reservation to another night they still had availability and wanted to add another person. I said I would be happy to pay the difference in rate and for the second person in cash. The owner said NO, so I basically forfeited all money I had prepaid for the hotel room. I understand this is policy, but he could have just moved me to another night and EARNED more money on the second person and extra rate. Instead he lost the opportunity to earn more money and lost a customer forever. Way to run a business Gabrielle! I can't say anything about this place as I rebooked at another hotel, but I would rate the 'service' as 'very bad'.

A marvelous hotel - very comfortable - with a great location and an excellent restaurant.

Very pleasant staff. Beautiful room (think we got an upgrade!) with fantastic views. Hotel is also very well located in the cebtre of Perugia. Will stay here again!
