Rosedale On The Park Hotel Hong Kong
4 out of 5

I was very happy with my four nights in this hotel! I had friends in 5* hotels who had to pay for wifi- mine was free! You do not have time in Hong Kong to use a pool so don't choose a hotel for that! I really loved that I could stagger out of Causeway Bay station and look up to check I was heading in the right direction- easy! And the concierge was really helpful, particularly storing bags on my last day.

The room need a make over, the carpet looks worn out, there was a strong odour coming from the Bathroom,i asked for Kingsize Bed ahead with Booking, they gave me 2 single Bed and put them together........ Did not want to make a big noise on the desk, the staff was execptional friendly during my stay. Stayed there many times because of the location, but will look for better Deal next time i come to HKG.

Good location, 10 minutes walk to Causeway Bay commercial district (subway station, lots of great shopping and dinning). Enjoyed Victoria part, one of the few nice open spaces in HK. Next to Airport express (# A11) bus station, save money and time. Room size definitely too small (about half of a normal double bed room size in N.America. Too pricy for a low 4-stars hotel.

The location of the hotel is really nice. The rooms are nothing special, but overall good enough. If you are a runner, you can take a nice morning jog in Victoria Park . Quite enjoyable!

The location is good, close to the Caseway bay, very convenient for shopping. The only shortcoming is the elevated bridge for pedestrians is in construction, not convenient for crossing the street. Clean room but small. Overall the experience there is positive.

Perfect location for the Hong Kong 7's weekend. Even the Deluxe room was small, although big enough to sleep in and move around the bed.

Hotel location is not very convenient because it is situated midway between two subway stops. Room size is good based on Hong Kong standards. There is WiFi in the room, but I had to sit on the bed closer to the front door in order to get reception. The breakfast buffet offers only limited choices. Check-in and check out were very quick, and overall personnel are courteous and friendly.

concierge people have to inform us the extra charge is necessary. Because porter calls a taxi for us to drove us to Hong Kong Airport Express Station, we have 3 luggages with us and taxi driver requested us paid HK$40- for extra and that driver pretended he can't speak in Chinese & English. Computer & Printer of business center have to maintain in good condition, it seems out of order while use them.

Nice hotel lobby but the room deco is really old although its very clean. I was given a room on the 30th floor with a nice harbour view. The room size is small which is expected in Hong Kong. Hotel located in the busy Casueway Bay area but need to cross a overhead bridge. Its about 8mins walk to the Causeway Bay MTR station.

Service was excellent with attentive staff and a high level of initiative on their part. Location was good and the rates charged were good value for money. However, to get to the hotel from the main area (Times Square, Sogo, MTR Station etc) you'll have to climb an overhead bridge but its more of a concern for old folks. Rooms were ok in size as it is Hong Kong where size comes with a premium. The airport shuttle bus goes direct to the hotel so its very convenient to travel from the airport to the hotel via train and bus. All in all, I will stay there again.

A nice hotel with good breakfast - whether Chinese or Western. Location not good though if you want the nightlife. Rooms typical for HongKong, a little small but nicely appointed. The staff were very good though, nothing was too much. It would be hard to find another hotel in HongKong for the price to match it.

Good, prompt service from the hotel staff. Rooms are clean but small. May be slightly inconvenient as the MTR station is a 10-minute walk away.
