Location
Right in the heart of downtown Seattle, The Roosevelt is located on the corner of 7th Avenue and Pine, just one block from the Washington State Convention and Trade Centre. Very pleasant. One block from convention center. Just a few minute walk to waterfront and market. The room was very clean and comfortable.

great location for downtown Seattle access but bed was not real comfy and needs to be replaced. All else was fine - not extravagant but met our needs.

I only stayed one night but the location of the hotel and the friendly, helpful staff made my stay an excellent one...right down to suggestions for breakfast based on my desires the following morning. I thought the valet parking fee was excessive though.

No hot water sun. morn.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good parking,fine location,and did i say no hot water.

The hotel is located at a great place that you can walk to good restaurants, a great many shops, and even space needle and pike market, which is quite convenient for tourists. We reserved the room through orbitz with a reasonable price. The room is clean and neat, and big enough for 4 people.
