Very nice girl on reception desk, very helpful and friendly. Only 5 mins to nearest metro station and corner shop. Basic but had everything I needed. Did the great north run and they put out water and fruit for people staying to help themselves. Would go back there again.

very nice price. quiet place but not far from city centre. The staff were so helpful and provided good advice on our travelling. So many thx. I would like to recommend my friends and this hotel will be my first choice next time.

It's basic, but clean, close to the City Centre and the staff are very friendly. Well worth the price.
