If you wish to be steps from Times Square at a reasonable rate, this is the place. However, you will give up the space you may be used to. We were upgraded to the "Deluxe" room. The room was so small, it made you wonder what the regular room looked like. There was barely enough room to walk in and out as the bed took up the entire room. The hotel seemed to be trendy with a very European flair. I would consider staying here again if I wanted to be in the heart of Times Square and willing to be in a very cramped space.

The staff at this hotel was very helpful, any questions i had they were answered. They helped with my stay saving me time not having to walk around with a map trying to locate everything. It is a retro style hotel so if your into this kind of thing its great. Overall my girlfriend and i had an amazing time in new york and the room mate grace was a big part of that.

The hotel was in a great location, even though it was loud at times outside the hotel, the bed was fantastic enough that I never had a problem sleeping. The only issue was that the breakfast I thought was included in the price was, in fact, not included. And the drinks were expensive.

room was small but comfortable. Shower was probably my favorite part. Overall hotel rates high on aesthetic, low on space, but in Midtown, tat's par for the course

We stayed at the Grace for 5 days in December and had no problems whatsoever. The Grace is just 5 mins from Times Square and yet ther was no problem with noise etc. There was no problem with noise from the night club as we were on the 10th floor. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels bedding etc if you required them and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Great location...not as expensive as other Times Square hotels but still about expensive considering the included amenities. If I were the manager I would include complementary breakfast to complement the price but for everything else I recommend to stay in.

Insert club dance music here. Our room was beyond small. No privacy - kinda rude staff- very loud dance party went all night we could hear in our room and fee's to use pool. Great wallpaper and comfortable beds.

We arrived in Times Square an hour before check in and I was pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. No hassle with lugging bags around until check in. I mentioned that it was my boyfriend's birthday and the lady at the desk gave us 2 free drink tix for the bar. Stayed on the 9th floor...The room was small but clean and cozy. The room windows faced 45th St but the room was very quiet. Comfortable bed, loved the leather seating around the room. Loved the shower, but it would have been nice to have a larger bar of soap (seems to be the norm for most hotels, so I packed my Dove for that possibility). The door men were nice, the night desk staff was helpful with restaurant suggestions, reservations, and calling us a cab. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I've been to NYC many times and this hotel was awesome. My bf and I took full advantage of the steam room and pool... which was beautiful, swanky and most importantly clean. Our hotel room was the size of NY hotel rooms (small) but the layout of the platform edging adds seating and space to hide suitcases so they aren't in the way. Each floor has a cool mod design and yes I acted like a 12 year old checking each floor to see what they look like. It's close to many subway stops if you need to escape the time square area it's easy too and the staff was awesome about letting us check in early.

Loved it! Great location - nice room, very quiet. Staff were very friendly and it was so convenient to everything. Always would be nice to be cheaper to stay in New York, but would definitely stay here again.

Small room, but laid out pretty well. Two people and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Had standard room facing the street but noise was not bad. Just wished the tv worked better and had better reception. The DVD players in the rooms are a definite plus.

A perfect location for theater lovers and not far from 5th Avenue shopping too. We knew the hotel was tiny and "boutiquey" hotel, but didn't imagine a lobby could be that small. The gentleman at the front desk could not have been nicer. Having read previous reviews, we expected small rooms, so we were not disappointed or surprised at the size, but the rooms could use updating. The bath counters were chipped and needed paint. The bath is nicely appointed with bright orange products, hairdryer, etc., but you have to literally climb into the shower to turn it on...icy cold and wet , so remember to get undressed before entering. The platformed bed was very comfortable, however it was surrounded by a shelf over 1 foot wide, so you either had to leap over it or climb on it to get in the bed. Perfect if you can get a running start, but since this guest recently had knee surgery, it was most difficult. Also had to stand on the bed to open the drapes, since the bed was wall-to-wall. There is no coffee service in the room, however a lovely breakfast is offered for $10 on the second floor. I would highly recommend this hotel to my young, hip friends, but would caution the >50 set.

What a surprisingly great experience. Because of the Times SQ location I was expecting a loud and noisy stay but the hotel is just fabulous. It was so centrally located and I will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is at a very good location, very close to the Times Square, newly decorated. Rooms are small but efficient. Elevator doors are too noisy, so if you're staying at a room close to the elevators, you might need to put up with that... Indoor pool is quite small...
