Lovely old hotel, very helpful staff and great location in the heart of old town. Rooms are old but very clean and comfortable enough. I would return there.

We had a fantastic weekend break at the Zum Ritter. As soon as we walked in, the staff (who spoke perfect English) couldn't do enough to help us. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is just perfect for doing all the usual touristy stuff (there's a Christmas market right outside the door in December!) The breakfast buffet (including champagne!) was great. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with interesting history. Located in the center of Heidelberg. You can take bus (33 or 10) from Central Station. Good choice.

Stayed at this hotel two years ago and its still as charming as it was back then. Centrally located which is very convenient.
