The staff were very unfriendly, the walls and floors were dirty and discoloured and the room we stayed in was small. I don't know how this place got its 4 star rating!

The hotel is an extremely attractive building, in a very secure location. Staff are on the whole very friendly. The only downside is that it is a bit of a trail to get into the centre of town (walk and metro), but this isn't too bad, especially considering what you would get for a similar price in a more central area. Rooms are very, very nice and extremely clean.
