The staff was excellent, room was clean and reasonable size, breakfast was excellent, location is ideal.

Nice clean hotel in a good location, only 5 mins walk from main railway station. The hotel does not have a restaurant but this is not a major problem as plenty of restaurants and cafes in surrounding area.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. My room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The location was near the station, within walking distance of all major tourist sites. My only complaint was that it was noisy at night being on a popular Piazza & next to an Irish bar. I recommend asking for a higher level room facing the quieter side street.

I really liked Roma Hotel Florence but eventhough the location is great it is very noisy at night with the trafic and people outside in the bars. It din't have wireless connection, so we had to use their computer.

A very good hotel. Only problem was that during our stay there, the piazza outside the hotel (which I recall was beautiful when we last visited) was undergoing redevelopment and so was fenced off to the public. Pricing was expensive for a triple room, but no complaints on the facilities or quality of the room.
