Having stayed at this property 5 times, it is time for me to move on. It is a great location for cruiseship departures, but the flexuating price ($89-$239 depending on cruise season) bothers me. Also the check in is the worst experience every time; never knowledgable staff and the owner is chatting away on a megaphone about blah blah blah....... Rooms are large, pool in sun, nice complementary breakfast

The staff were very accommodating to our every need. The transportation from the airport, to the cruise ship and back to the airport were timely, professional with good drivers and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are staying a night before a cruise. Exceptional service.
