If you are planning on a 4 star fancy hotel this is not the one but if you want a clean and comfortable place to stay then this is it. It is within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. IT IS CLEAN which is very important to us.

Perfect location to walk all over gatlinburg and only a couple min, drive to pigeon forge...great location, with a beautful sound of the river flowing every morning when waking up.

Balcony is very nice. Has a microwave and a fridge in room. Room is a bit small but ok. A lot of park spaces. One minute walking to downtown.
