the first room they put us in the ac didn't work and the shower head was spraying over the shower curtain bar. maintance man was kind creepy looking and said the room had been locked up for a month. the next room had hair on the pillows and mouse [*] everywhere. did not stay went and got money back and left. never ever again....

The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. Even the no smoking rooms. Lights did not work. One day they didn't do any room service. The toilet did not flush, tv did not work. I would never stay there again.
