just one word ..Pathetic !!! Can be considered for just one night stay

Not much by way of the amenities, it's very basic with even no bathroom shampoo or lotion, just soap. The location is the real winner here, right off the main track of gatoinburg and ten minutes drive to the smoky mountains national park. Nothing to write home about, but it serves the purpose of basic, clean, amenities, no frills.

Only good thing about hotel is its location otherwise amenities are all from the 1970's many of them are not working.It seems all are there for the sake of name.In bathroom you can either get hot water or Cold water,if you want to adjust the degree of hotness by mixing both then it is not possible.Bedsheets,comforters mattresses all were old and it will be hard to spend night.Its a complete waste of money.Moreover,during checkin person asked me to write my full credit card number on form,bit strange but I was never asked to do so earlier.I will not recomend it to anyone.WORST EXPERIENCE

this was the nastiest place.was suppose to had 2 rooms was put in what they call cottage the place stunk.had2 pullout sleepers matresseshad urine stains blood and who knows what else.commode had feces down the side staff was very unfriendly parking lot was poorly lit so i fell and broke my ankle there was naked electric wires hanging down behind door this place is very unsafe health wise last but not least refused to refund my money place needs to be shut down pursuing lawsuit

Overall a good experience. The hotel is located close to major attractions and we could easily walk to the places. Hotel amenties are outdated like for example the TV was probably a 1970's TV. Since we stayed for a night only, we did not bother much about them. The room was neat and clean. Was happy that I could park my car right in front of my room.
