Amazing quality, friendliness, value, cleanliness, location....everything just perfect. Decided to treat ourselves by booking a table at the Number One restaurant [part of hotel], just fantastic! Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely save up and stay again.

Balmoral was really good. Staff were very friendly. My girlfriend and I were upgraded to a suite and the room was not only really nice but, it had an excellent view of Edinburgh castle. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Balmoral - it simply cannot be beaten. A first class hotel in every sense. Comfortable, calm and peaceful. The staff are courteous and very helpful all the time and nothing is too much trouble. The food is also wonderful. I would highly recommend this five star hotel and will definitely stay there again.
