I had a very good rest at Sungate. Even though I arrived few hours earlier, I was checked in. I had a problem with my credit card and had to make a phone call and the lady in the lobby was very professional to help me. There was a variety of foods from sea food to vegetarian dishes including diet food and rich breakfast menu. Entertainment was one of the best so far I had in a holiday resort, but there is a room for improvement in service. Staff work hard to make you happy, but you do not hear commonly such as"how can I help you" or "what can I do for you". You can see people cut the lines in a routine base at reception or bars and you have to wait for a while to get a drink unless you ask for it or get their attention. I had few concerns before I left and management responded appropriately. I enjoyed eating daily fresh simit, lahmacun and gozleme.
