Riviera Palm Springs - A Noble House Resort Guest Reviews (22)
The place had some hidden charges i will dispute, and on the last day , some one walked to my daughters room and tole her wallet, computer and ipod. The security was totally unprofessional and responded 24 hours later. Thy didn't have cameras to see who the perpetrator was and the hotel insurance has not responded yet although, the caim is not going to be covered. I shall never want to go to this place again

We waited for everything. The restaurant completely forgot about us, so we ended up ordering from the bar (after waiting an hour). We waited 40 minutes to order food by the pool. We waited 30 minutes for towels and toilet paper (because housekeeping never cleaned our room that day). The premises try to be fancy, but when you look under the glitz it is a dump. The dirt is not immediately obvious because it is dark. The towels were stained, frayed, and/or had holes in them. The bed was broken. The refrigerator leaked. The lampshade had holes. I expect this type of experience at motel off the freeway that charges $40/night, not at the PS Riviera.

Much more fun and interesting than a corporate chain, but not quite as polished as I was hoping. The renovation is cool in retro/funky way, but seemed a bit superficial/incomplete -- just behind certain doors are areas that are old and worn out. Also the housekeeping wasn't up to snuff: we saw room service detritus untouched in the hallway for two days, and the carpet in our room needed cleaning. To their credit, the hotel credited $25 to the account when we mentioned this on checkout. Still, not quite perfect.

The rooms are old and I felt the price was too high for the room.
