Riverwalk Plaza Hotel San Antonio Guest Reviews
However parking charged $12/day n carpark is small. Also bathroom is very small.

We were treated very well. The staff went above and beyond. My daughter had trouble printing out her Military orders, and the desk clerk brought her in their office and helped her. We had a late flight out Sunday, and my daughter had numerous bags, and the desk clerk let us leave an entire cart of luggage for 3 hours in the office so that we could go to Mass and breakfast.

Rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is located right on the end of the Riverwalk by the old Court House and the plaza itself is very interesting as well. Choose the 4th floor if you want to be right by the pool in warm weather. The only down side I experienced was breakfast, which was less than average, but there are so many other places to eat not a really a problem. All in all very good value for money.

Only negatives; 1) the Wall Street Journal (sports pages - maybe 1 to 2 pages - get the USA TODAY, 2) when niether Orbirts or the Hotel informs you that parking will be $12 per day - I hate surprises.

This hotel wasn't bad but it wasn't excellent either. The rooms themselves have been upgraded but the hallways, doors, carpeting, etc. are outdated. The restaurant in the hotel wasn't worth going to. Staff was friendly but slow service and food not good. The location of the hotel is just so-so. It was quite a walk to get to the areas of the Riverwalk where activities were going on. All in all not bad but we will stay in a different hotel next time we go.
