Arrived early hours of the morning, smooth check in. In the morning went to check in desk to request a late check out was granted with a friendly smile. Final check out as smooth as the start. Will be back again to experience the true hospitality.

Good clean accommodation hotel in this upmarket hotel. With full TV sports coverage and access to the many great restaurants and bars on the Robertson Quay waterfront the hotel is a 15 minute stroll to the bars and restaurants at Clarke Quay. Taxi to Orchard Rd is about $5 for shoppers and is not really walkable with bags.. I'll stay again!

It was bad and good experience to stay at this hotel. The check in procedures were taking too long, too complicated, the staff required all of us signed on the registration forms but didn't properly addressed the form to the particular person, it was a mess there. The hotel staffs were not really clear about their hotel policies. There was an incident, which the hotel was having football event, therefore the car park was full when we back to hotel. The receptionist asked us to park at the Hotel Miramar, which located opposite our hotel, and said that we can get complimentary parking ticket from them. Eventually, the staff from Miramar said that we couldn't do that, we have to pay by our own after we parked in the car. So, we back to our hotel and asked the receptionist again, she said we can park the car in the hotel car park, they would reserve the lot for us. Again, we have to went across to Hotel Miramar and drove back our car to Hotel Riverview. We wasted the parking fees as well as plenty of time to back and forth to each hotel. Besides these two bad experiences, others were fine, rooms were clean, service was good.

RiverView Hotel is in great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was great and always well cleaned. The bus stop is just outside the hotel very short walk. The Hotel is in perfect position.
