Well run and friendly heritage style B and B. Approx 45 mins south of Hobart at Franklin. Very good restaurant opposite. Would revisit.

This cottage style B&B is so adorable! Location: About 30-35 drive from city. The river view from acroos the road was stunning. The whole suburb was so peaceful it's perfect for a long weekend getaway. The room is lovely furnished. Awesome breakfast and thank you so much to our host Linda for your friendly hospitality! I honestly much prefer this to the 5 stars hotels!!
